Subject	This is about Ash Powers, Legal Problem

Message	As every one knows by now, Ash Powers owns many Z Clusters to many of us. Don't know about what he promissed others, but to me, he said he would have the gauges ready in two weeks, now is 3 months later and still nothing, not even a picture, never answer the calls, and haven't reply to my e-mails. And now his Sprint PCS cell phone has been cancelled and he hasn' informed me either. I believe all of us paid in advanced all the money, as for me, because of special custom requests the price was $300.00 I would like to know if anybody here has an idea on what else to do, because if not, the only thing that is left is: 1- Go to his house (4 to 5 hours away from mine) and confront him and request my gauges, or... 2- Get a lawyer and make this problem a living hell. Ash, if you are reading this, I've been trying to get in contact with you with no response, over cell phone, and e-mails. You know why I am mentioning a lawyer, so please get back to me ASAP.
